Q. Are we allowed to have open flames?
A. We allow the use of open flames, if they are inclosed
Q. Do you offer Mid-Week Events?
A. Yes! Our event venue is available to rent 7 days a week!
Q. Does Redwood Events allow the use of sparklers?
A. Yes! We love sparklers and think they are always a fun touch to a wedding. If you choose to use sparklers on your special day, we only allow wedding sparklers, and they must be used away from the tent.
Q. Does Redwood Events allow flower petals on the aisle?
A. We allow flower petals on the aisle as long as they are real flower. Fake flower petals may not be used.
Q. Can we just do a ceremony at Redwood Events?
A. Because we are a busy venue, we do not allow ceremonies only.
Q. Can we bring outside food and beverages in?
A. Redwood Events does not allow outside food or beverages, except for wine, which will have a $10 corkage free per bottle. We do allow outside desserts.
Q. Can we take our left over food from the wedding?
A. We are not allowed to let anyone take food from Redwood Events after the event due to ServeSafe regulations.
Q. Is there a space for the bride and groom to get ready in?
A. Yes! We have bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in 2 hours prior to the event and the groom and groomsmen have access to our wine cellar to hang out in 2 hours prior to the event.
Q. When can we start taking pictures at the venue?
A. 2 hours prior!
Q. Can we hire our own security guards?
A. Security guards are required and have to be used through us. We do not allow other companies to come in.
Q. Can we have live bands?
A. Yes! We do allow live bands!
Q. Do we have to use your DJ?
A. No! Use whatever DJ you want! We do have one, if you need a recommendation.
Q. Do we allow outside beer and hard alcohol?
A. No, we do not allow bringing in your own beer or hard alcohol. Only wine, which has a corkage fee of $10 per bottle.
